No Returns on Digital Products and One-of-a-Kind Items
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products (e.g., downloads, e-books, digital art) are final and non-refundable.
- One-of-a-Kind Products: Due to the unique nature of one-of-a-kind items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these purchases.
14-Day Return Policy on Other Products
For all other physical products, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process your return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@floerish.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at contact@floerish.shop.
